Problem
The internal ticketing assistant needed to move to managed persistence, enterprise sign-in and a supported agent framework.
What I did
- I migrated persistence from PostgreSQL to Cosmos DB.
- I migrated the agent from LangGraph to Microsoft Agent Framework with 14 tools and vector search, adding Key Vault, Entra sign-in, health-checked deployments with rollback and secret rotation.
