Problem
Crashes could lose document-processing work in the finance assistant. Data access also relied on repeated sequential database calls.
What I did
- I replaced the threaded function app with Durable Functions orchestrations.
- I replaced N+1 data-access loops with batch reads and parallel writes, then moved secrets to Key Vault references with deployment tooling that rejects secret literals.
