Problem

The voice contact center, code security, CV screening and fraud review apps needed customer-installable packages for their own Azure subscriptions, with correct usage billing.

What I did

I drafted and evaluated a multi-tenant SaaS model for each product before switching to an isolated installation per customer.
I added plans, entitlements, a metering loop and usage ledger, onboarding and admin portals, and CI-validated ARM packages with customer documentation for each product.
