SMBC Indonesia needed dual control and auditable changes in its GenAI administration portal.
What I did
- I built maker-checker approval for role and group deletion through an approval service.
- I added audit logs recording IP, user agent, duration and JSON diffs, alongside an AI playground for side-by-side streaming-agent comparison.
