Problem

Shumi's customers often pay months before their figures ship. The store needed pre-order, late pre-order and ready-stock workflows, partial payments, vouchers and live shipping rates, with admin tools to track each order.

What I did

  • I built Laravel REST APIs for pre-orders, late pre-orders, ready stock, vouchers, Google sign-in and email updates.
  • I removed manual checkout steps by integrating iPaymu payments and RajaOngkir shipping rates.
  • I built admin services for order workflows, partial payments, a ledger, manual receipt verification, banners and role-based access.
  • I operated the backend on DigitalOcean with S3 storage and Sentry error tracking for more than three years.
