Problem
Client PoCs repeatedly started from scratch, requiring the team to rebuild security and infrastructure for each engagement.
What I did
- I packaged team conventions for the server-side web tier, server actions and agent instructions into one template. Teammates helped define the conventions; I built the packaging and agent layer.
- I added a YAML multi-agent registry using Microsoft Agent Framework, with models from multiple providers.
- I added Cosmos DB threads and usage telemetry, Entra ID, Bicep with managed identity and CI smoke tests. I then used the template to start derivative projects, including two report chatbots for a steel manufacturer.
